KIMURA TABATA 15-min Workout


FOLLOW-ALONG TABATA SESSION


A slightly modified Kendo Tabata workout that was originally conceived by Oscar KIMURA sensei of Switzerland.


The Workout comprise of the following set of 8 exercises. 20 seconds of work, and 10 seconds of rest.


1. Jogeburi

2. Matawari I

3. Shinai Jumping

4. Planks

5. Fumikae Suburi

6. Chouyaku Kirikaeshi

7. Matawari II

8. Sliding Footwork


This workout was recorded on Friday, 12 FEB 2021 (Chinese New Year). The set was performed 3 times with a 90 sec rest period between each set.
